Avon sales leaders £250 Prize Draw

1. The promotion is a monthly prize draw open to anyone who completes an entry form. 2. No purchase is necessary. 3. Completed paper entry forms must be returned to the person who gave it to you.. No photocopies, damaged, or unreadable entries will be accepted. 4. The prize is £250 worth of Avon products. 5. The promoter is Howard Philpott on behalf of the Achievers Team of Independent Avon Sales Leaders, 68 Heol y Deri, Cardiff. It is not connected in any way to Avon Cosmetics Ltd. 6. The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 or over resident in the United Kingdom. 7. Only one entry per person is permitted each month. 8. The closing date for entries is the 25th day of each month, entries received after that close will be carried over to the next month. The winner will be the first entry drawn at random on the second Monday of the following month and will be notified by phone. The Monthly Prize Draw will be supervised by an independent person. 9. The prize will be chosen by the winner from current products up to the value of £250 and will be shipped once and the winner has confirmed their acceptance. 10. In the event of a winner being unable to accept the prize, upon agreement of the promoter, he/she can nominate a someone to accept the prize on their behalf. 11. The prize is to be delivered by a local Rep or courier on behalf of the Achievers Team of Independent Avon Sales Leaders within 30 days of the winner being notified. 12. The draw is not open to the promoter, his family, the Achievers Team, or anyone involved already employed by Avon Cosmetics, or is an independent Avon representative. 13. The winner agrees to have their photographs taken for press or promotion purposes. 14. Any queries and comments should be directed in writing to the promoter. 15. The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries lost, damaged, delayed, or unreadable. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. 16. The name and postcode of the prize winner will be available on the Achievers Team website www.achieversprizedraw.co.uk 17. The promoter on behalf of the Achievers Team of Independent Avon Sales Leaders reserves the right to substitute the prize for another prize of its choosing, which has a value the same or greater than the original prize, in the event of circumstances outside its control. The prize is subject to availability and change. 18. By entering, you agree to receive a call/message from a member of the Achievers Team of Independent Avon Sales Leaders about the result and other discount opportunities. 19. This prize draw can be withdrawn at any time, with a minimum of one months notice. 20. Entry constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
